Under the auspices of the town’s Sri Sri Sri Paramapitha Sri Venkataramanacharya Charitable Trust clothes and alms were donated to the elderly. Local Municipal Chairman Beere Gopalakrishna was the chief guest at the event as part of the Republic Day celebrations. Speaking at a meeting on the occasion, the Chairman said that it was gratifying to see voluntary organizations and spiritual organizations conducting social service programs. He said that they will help the service programs being carried out by the trust. Sri Sri Sri Pradbatan Sri Yogimukteshwari Mathaji, the organizer of the organization, said that their organization conducts various service activities along with spiritual activities.
